How does the repair service work?

We provide reliable, cost-efficient home repairs for your heating, cooling, and home appliances without any out-of-pocket costs.  We cover breakdowns that occur due to normal wear and tear. Review what’s covered to see a specific list of limitations and items that are excluded from coverage as well as our sample contract.

Why is there a 30-day wait period on repairs?

We have a 30-day wait period on repairs to help protect us from pre-existing conditions. This waiting period helps to keep our costs down since we do not perform an inspection to determine the condition of your appliances and systems.

How much are your services?

Frooglly provides full-service property management without cutting any corners for industry-low rates, often half the national average. For the short term vacation rental co-host plan, our fee is only 25% per booking, which includes covering appliance repairs, leaks, and various property repairs. We also offer a flat rate for both long term and vacation rental clients starting at only $59 per month.

Are there any upfront fees?

You can cancel the service of your property from Frooglly at any time, without consequences.

Our commission-based model means that we only make money when your property is booked.

What if something breaks?

Our service includes all repairs of all appliances and maintenance work of your property, with no out of pocket costs to you. When an appliance or major system on your property needs repair, you can count on us to get it fixed so that you can get the next guest booked asap.

What about regular maintenance?

We staff a 24/7 call center, manage reservations, guest support, schedule regular housekeeping and inspections, dispatch qualified maintenance personnel, monitor internet uptime, control indoor temperature (when equipped), control pool temperature (when equipped), maintain electronic locks, and we handle maintenance requests. 

We will schedule vendors as needed.

Who takes care of my lawn, my pool, etc.?

We schedule regular lawn or pool service, but most owners already have this in place and continue to use their preferred vendor. We require that all owners have repeat services in place. Owners typically pay these fees directly to their contractors, along with utilities, internet, and TV. We can set up recurring services for you, and the bills for the service will be sent directly to you.

Do I need to have my own housekeeper?

We have housekeeping vendors contracted with us who have proven to be fast, flexible, reliable, and are already familiar with Frooglly’s strict cleaning protocol. If you have a housekeeper you prefer to work with, then we may utilize them (based on a successful trial period with Frooglly).

What happens if there is a guest/tenant emergency?

Frooglly has a Guest Experience Team that is available 24/7. Guests can call, text, and email our team at all hours with any issues. Your guests will actually never know your name for privacy reasons – unless you elect to tell them. We’ll take the call and dispatch the appropriate vendor. We pay the vendor – you don’t have to worry about paying out-of-pocket for anything. Frooglly does not charge any additional fees for these types of emergencies.

Why do you do commission-based pricing for co-hosting?

Commission-based pricing is the industry standard for vacation rental property management firms. That does not necessarily mean it is the only answer – but we believe that it perfectly aligns our incentives with our homeowners. We only make money when our owners make money, and the only way to increase our revenue is to help owners increase their revenues. We believe this is why the commission model has worked and is so well established in the industry.
